We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. We may update content at any time without obligation to do so.

Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time and are not liable for any price change, suspension or discontinuance.

Our pop-up cards are handmade from layered paper, so small variations in color, cut and assembly are normal and are not defects. We try to show colors and details as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee how they appear on your screen. We may limit quantities or discontinue any design at any time. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policies.

When you order a personalized card, you confirm that you own or have permission to use any photos, names or text you upload, and that the content is not unlawful, offensive or infringing. We may refuse to print content that breaks these rules. Please check spelling and photos carefully — we print what you submit.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities per person, household or order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to keep it up to date.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links that we do not control. They are provided “as is”, and we are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.

If you send us ideas, reviews or other feedback, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation. Your submissions must not violate anyone's rights or contain unlawful or abusive material.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our site may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to change or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, even after you have submitted your order.
