Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are issued after a return has been received and approved. It works together with our Returns Policy, which explains how to request a return.

To qualify for a refund, your return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, approved by our team, and meet the conditions in our Returns Policy (unused, unwritten, undamaged and complete with envelope and note card).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to post it to your statement.

We may offer a partial refund, or decline a refund, if a returned card has been written on, bent, torn, displayed, or is missing its envelope or note card.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the card was damaged, defective or incorrect because of our error.

Personalized cards are made to order and are not refundable for change of mind. If a personalized card arrives damaged, defective, or with a mistake on our side, we will remake it or refund it in full.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no cost to you.

If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times vary. If you still need help, email support@cartaanima.com and we will look into it right away.
